St. Boni Buildings & Sheds is a local, owner-run lot on Hwy 7, right across from Buddy Boy Fine BBQ. Stop in any time to walk through the buildings and grab a brochure and price sheet. When you're ready, Tali handles the order, the delivery and the follow-up herself.
How long does delivery take?
Custom buildings usually arrive in about 4–6 weeks. In-stock buildings on the lot can go out much sooner. Call for the current delivery schedule.
Is delivery really free?
Yes. Delivery is free across the West Metro and much of the Twin Cities area. Tell us your address and we'll confirm.
What do I need to prepare before delivery?
You'll want a reasonably level, accessible spot with clearance for the delivery truck. Drivers can level the building on site. If the spot is behind a fence or on a steep slope, ask about the crane option.
Do I need a permit?
It depends on your city and the size of the building. Many Minnesota cities exempt smaller accessory buildings. Check with your city or HOA, and we can help you choose a size that fits the rules.
How does rent-to-own work?
You make a monthly payment, typically over 36 months, and the building is yours at the end. You can pay it off early. We'll walk you through the terms.
Can I see the buildings in person?
Absolutely. The lot is at 8230 MN-7 (Hwy 7) in St. Bonifacius / Minnetrista, across from Buddy Boy Fine BBQ. Stop in any time to tour the sheds, and grab a brochure and price sheet while you're there.
